Who's Ashley Qualls? I never heard of her or her site, Whateverlife.com, until tonight but apparently this 17 yr old teen millionaire recently rejected a $1.5 million buyout for her free Myspace layouts site.

Did I forget to mention her very first adsense check was for $2,790 or that her site attracts 7 million plus vsitors a month and 60 million page views? Hm.. she also brings in approximately $70,000 a month.

Ashley is living proof that age does not matter. You just need hard work, good ideas, a bit of luck, and dedication.

Yea, apparently she dropped out of school. Hell, if I was making more money in a month than the majority of people do in a year, I'd drop out too.

I don't get it. All these guys making all this money from websites, how much of the work do they actually do themselves? Like, does she just go around collecting other peoples layouts and stuff? Is her website's layout even her own?

The formula for making money.
Create something people want/need. Something unique without a lot of competition. Dont be afraid to charge for you creation.

Not always true. Sure uniqueness plays a huge role, but a site doesn't have to be a new idea. As long as theres a steady stream of demand, it's possible. There are hundreds of MySpace layout sites available.
