BWHack's Webhost

So yea, I've become rather curious as to what BWHacks uses for a webhost. Tracing the IP I can figure out the server BWHacks is housed on is somewhere in Gunzenhausen, Germany.

The reason for my inquiry is that a few friends and I are considering setting up a small website to host programs and the like we create. Some of which may be related to Game Hacking. Also, should I be aware of anything before hand to prevent my site from being forcefully taken down at a later date? So far as I can tell the major thing is not to have the content hosted in the US.

I know BWHacks isn't hosted here, but you should take a look at EuroVPS.com. They host their sites from the Netherlands.

If you want to host hacks, just get a premium megaupload or sendspace and keep them in a folder.

It's more or less a personal site/project, one in which I've got the layout mainly finished. I just want a proper place to host it with minimal restrictions. What I'm also asking is for confirmation that I will be able to host content such as game hacks on a webserver hosted in say, the Sweden/Germany/Netherlands etc. I'm rather unfamiliar with laws outside of the United States.
