Yeah I offer free website hosting, you will not have cpanel but If you need to make a new mysql datebase for a forum or something just tell me and I'll do it for you.

The hosting is unmetered meaning that there is no limit to the website (please don't abuse it).

Nothing illegal is aloud including adult sites/warez/proxy sites... you can have a blog made if you want.

subdomains will be: yourdomain.gghacks.com

His host probably doesn't allow it. Odds are it's shared hosting, not a server stored in a data warehouse.

Proxies are against the a lot of host's TOS. Like saren said, there's a good chance his host doesn't allow it.
