I don't really understand your question but what had happened was players intentionally lured the boss, Kazzak, from some where into the city. With his ability
Capture Soul

When a player, pet or totem gets killed, Lord Kazzak casts this spell to instantly regenerate 70,000 health.

He was basically unstoppable until a GM stopped it.

Ahh Kazzak. Yeah he's no longer Lord Kazzak, but Doom Lord Kazzak in Hellfire. He was replaced by Lord Kruul for a short while after he was instated as Doom Lord, but Kruul didn't last very long. Both Lord Kazzak (That's Lord, not Doom Lord) and Lord Kruul have been removed from the game.
